Use Readyboost in Vista and Windows 7 to speed up your most used apps!

Got an extra flash drive lying around?  Why not use it to speed up your pc.  ReadyBoost is a free tool built into Windows Vista and Windows 7 that improves disk speed.  It works by using flash memory, a USB flash drive, SD card, CompactFlash or any kind of portable flash mass storage system as a cache.  ReadyBoost is also used to facilitate SuperFetch, which allows it to perform analysis of boot-time disk usage patterns and creates a cache which is used in subsequent system boots

To use ReadyBoost, simply plug it into your pc, right click and go to properties.  Under properties, select ReadyBoost and select ‘use this device.  The more space you dedicate to it, the more apps that will be able to load faster.
