What are your hours of operation?
We operate from 7am to 6pm Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays.
We offer emergency service 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with a two hour guaranteed response time.
If you need us to work around your schedule on nights and weekends, give us a call. We will be happy to accommodate your needs!
What payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, Checks, Cash, Money Orders and Gift Certificates.
Under special circumstances, we may set up a payment plan if you meet the requirements.
Do you charge for travel time?
No. One of the things that sets us apart from our competitors is that our clock doesn’t start running until we are on site and working for you.
We also bill in 15 minute increments with no one hour minimum so you will only pay for the time that it takes to resolve your computer issue. Best of all, you know exactly how much your bill is based on the time spent on-site and any necessary parts. That’s unique to us–no other local company offers the same!
Do you have a store?
We do not have a store because we feel that it is too much of a hassle for a customer to disconnect their computer and bring it to us. Do you really need to bring your computer to a store to get it fixed? Stores are made for selling parts, not fixing computers. Our on-site only service allows us to work with you on your schedule and resolve all your computer issues before we leave–try getting that with a computer store! We will never ask you to bring your computer to us–that’s a promise! See the difference?
If you do need parts, rest assured EZ-IT has over $12,000 of inventory on-hand and can get the part you need to keep you running. If we don’t have the part you need, we will work with our distributors to get your the part as fast possible (usually overnight).
