In order to play, your parent/guardian must call in advance to reserve space for you. How to print with an iPad/ipod touch

Lot’s of iPad users with the proper OS (4.0 or higher) can now print within certain apps. To be able to print, you must have a wireless router that your iPad can connect to and a compatible airprint printer. Currently, HP is the only manufacturer that support airprint. For a complete list of airprint printers, click here. After selecting your printer, you must also connect this wirelessly to your router. After connecting both devices and ensuring your iPad has a supported OS, simply click the action icon, tap the print icon, and select the airprint printer.

Every now and then I come across a user who forks over a good chuck of change for Adobe Acrobat just for the ability to make pdf’s. It used to be that if you want to make a PDF, it’s Adobe and only Adobe. Well, those days on gone! With free sotware, you can turn any file (really!) into a pdf. Check out Cute PDF Writer. It’s free and works. Download the zipped setup and extract. Install the converter first then Cute PDF Writer. Once installed, you will have a new printer called Cute PDF. To make a PDF, simply print whatever you wants as a pdf to this printer. Once printed, you will get the option to save the file. Name and save this file voila–you now have a PDF! If you want to be able to edit/merge/extract PDF’s, check out BlueBeam. It competes with Adobe Acrobat, but is much cheaper and offers more features.

How do I know if I have a virus or spyware?

So your PC is running slow, weird pages are popping up, and things don’t feel right. Do you have a virus, spyware, or something else? How can you tell?

Luckily, there are some tell-tale signs. With viruses, you will want to be on the lookout for fake websites loading when you expect legit ones, lots of spam being sent from your email, your antivirus program not running, and your homepage being changed. Realize that there are far more things that viruses do to your machine—some of them being subtle and un-noticed. Spyware, on the other hand, seems to be much more visible. Wallpaper changes, programs running claiming to have found viruses (see below) and unable to browse the web are some signs.

If you find yourself with any of these symptoms, it is best to call an expert. If you attempt to clean yourself, you can break critical system files and lose progress. Some viruses will download itself again if it is not completely removed. Viruses and spyware can steal your data, including login passwords, personal documents, and more. Once you are clean, be sure to install a good anti-virus. We recommend Panda Cloud Antivirus. Forget about AVG and spybot–these programs are junk and don’t work as well as others.
